Do I get $10 for each time my referral comes in?

No. Just for the first time they come in. Every new referral you receive $10 off your next session with me.
How do I receive the referral promotion?

I will deduct your referral dollars off the next session we have together, if you have more then what your session is worth, it will roll over to the next one.
